All the Old Familiar Places.

Went on an expedition through a closed mall. There were no security guards, so I did not punch anything in the face, and then run. I jest. Security guards require hoagies - not violence. (Seriously, if you're somewhere you shouldn't be, and it's fairly harmless trespassing, e.g. a not chemical plant or an also not military base, carry sandwiches.)

Moved through the back halls, made a few T2 references, and then found a few images around some familiar stomping grounds. Even attempted a remix of an old family favorite.

It's hard to believe that this is the place.

You know this entry inspires me. It makes me think of how something can look so nice but once you delve into the inner parts it's different. I also really liked the photographs were taken in the...well I dunno if you're in some sort of tunnel or what, but I like how there's only the siloutte of a person ( the third from the bottom) If I'd taken it, I probably blow it up and frame it.

Thanks, Argentina. After sitting with them for a little while, I'd have to say that the second silhouette is my favorite, but your pick - the first one - turned out as a fairly effective "toning" of an old exploration of same.

I'm sure there will be some point at which I become tired of taking pictures in creepy concrete places, but I am certain it would have to be connected with some sort of violent trauma.

In my own, immodest opinion, the 'chocolate in a void' picture should hold up well, also. At least as long as there are bitter single people.

I gauge it a successful expedition, although I may still be informed that the rest are atrocities to bandwidth. In which case, we must hope that Prof. Mitchell found a few interesting exposures.
